Off the R.O.A.D.

R.O.A.D. is an acronym I created for the traits my mentor told me to work on. These traits were Responsibility, Organization, Accountability, & Discipline. R.O.A.D. (or D.O.R.A. if you prefer) was the path which would help me achieve my goals. Well, I swerved off the road, & now I'm fighting the current. Kevin-Richard: Hey, First off thanks for stopping by my blog! We here at "Fighting the Current" know you have many choices in blogs and are glad you chose ours. Who am I? Well let's see...Some of the adjectives used to describe have been Tall, Funny, Intelligent, Sarcastic, Dramatic, and Charismatic.(Note: I only chose adj. I liked.)I guess in actuality I'm just an 19 yrs old boy, whose always had dreams bigger than the town he grew up in, and so has had to fight against the current. I am always Fighting the Current whether it be media portrayals of Black Men, or social injustice anywhere. I look at life through a crystal Lens and so I only call it like I believe it at the time (which is always subject to change). I guess I'm a rebel at heart. So what will you do?
